Job Description
Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for Sales Operations Specialist who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:
- Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required.
- Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions.
- Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement.
- May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested.
- This position reports directly to the Operations Manager or Service Delivery Lead.
- This position will work closely with all Team Members and relevant Business Units.
- The direct reports to this position are: New Associates, Associates, Analysts and Senior Analysts.
What are we looking for?
- Open to undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience in sales/sales operations
- Must have at least 3 years supervisory experience
- SAP, ERP, Supply chain experience/background is a plus
