Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification (preferred).
Experience teaching ESL students (online or in person) is an advantage.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Patience, creativity, and cultural sensitivity.
