Role Description

  • Market and sell Avida Land properties through various sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Property Specialists.
  • Create marketing activities for their sales team.
  • Conduct regular coordination and meetings with Property Specialists.
  • Supervise marketing and sales activities of their sales team.

Qualifications

  • 2 years proven experience as a Sales Leader or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry as a team leader is required
  • Driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • PRC and DHSUD registered

Skills Required
