Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment Support:**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. **Employee Records Management:**
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other related paperwork.
3. **Payroll and Benefits Administration:**
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee information and timesheets.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees regarding benefits inquiries.
4. **Employee Relations:**
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, providing support and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to promote a positive work environment.
5. **Compliance and Policy Administration:**
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, assisting in the updating and communication of company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing HR documents to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
### **Qualifications:**
- **Education:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:**
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred, but not required. Experience in an educational or technology company is a plus.
- **Skills:**
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or systems is an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
