Job Description

Job Description:
  • Generate leads by identifying potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, digital / online platforms (eg: social media), and industry events
  • Understand foundational IT knowledge especially in software products such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Automation, and Document Management
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and achievement of sales objectives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products or services
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Relay clients' technical concerns and issues about software products or services to the Development Team / Senior Management   for resolution
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, presentation deck, newsletters and others
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for customer orders and prepare regular reports on sales activities and sales metrics for senior management
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings with senior management to provide and discuss sales updates
