Job Description

1. Key responsibilities include managing and leading the sales team, monitoring the competitor’s market situations, and work with the management business development to ensure continuous business growth.
2. Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
3. Will handle operations of Stores and Concessions.
4. Scout and develop sales channels, to generate more sales.
5. Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
6. Monitors daily marketing activities of store Email blasts, Facebook, Instagram and Viber posting, etc.
7. Develops and implements sales product training, development, and opportunities for all personnel.
8. Responsible for monitoring and consolidation of store and concessions Daily Sales Transaction Reports and Daily Activity Reports.
9. Negotiate and coordinate all leasing and admin concerns to the Mall Admin/Leasing/Accounting Merchandising office.
10. Conducts store/client visits and meetings.
