Job Summary:
The Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and tax compliance to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in strategic decision-making, optimizing financial processes, and maintaining the company’s fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial statements, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting to support business operations.
• Ensure BIR compliance, tax filings, and financial audits are completed accurately and on time.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for executive decision-making.
• Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, taxation, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
