CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ENGLISH / SPANISH BILINGUAL)

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish Bilingual) to be part of our team. 

  • This role responsible for successfully assisting customers and providing adequate resolution to their queries. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist customers by answering incoming phone calls, identify the type of assistance needed, and drive first call resolution
  • Obtain and verify patient/client information to meet HIPAA compliance guidelines
  • Navigating through the system to obtain information necessary to provide status and/or resolution to the customer’s query
  • Process payments for customer-initiated requests
  • Deliver information and ask questions in a professional and engaging manner to establish a positive experience with the customer
  • Complete the documentation necessary to keep track of the customer’s query, the action/s taken, the resolution provided, and for reference
  • Communicate with internal associates to follow up, relay, expedite, and/or resolve customer’s concern
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but notlimited to, transfer and/or reassignment to different work functions, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies with regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking).
  • Proof of certification in Spanish training.
  • Willing to work a night shift schedule.
  • Willing to work onsite at the 8th Floor, Zeta Tower, Robinsons Bridgetowne, C5, Quezon City.
