Alorica is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Voice Account in Ilocos. No experience is required, making this a perfect opportunity for fresh graduates, career shifters, or anyone looking to start a career in the BPO industry.

You will provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

• Follow call flow and quality standards

• Document interactions using internal systems

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• No experience needed

• At least High School graduate (College preferred)

• Good English communication skills

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Open to relocate to Ilocos
