In this role at Alorica Philippines, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 24,500 with no prior BPO experience required. As a part of our dynamic team in Quezon City, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work in a collaborative team environment using cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information on products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Customer service experience is a plus
