As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle inbound customer calls and provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance. You will address customer concerns, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
Document call details and update customer records
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Follow company policies and procedures
At least senior high school graduate or college level
Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
With or without BPO experience
Good verbal English communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Willing to work on shifting schedules and onsite
