Location: Alorica Centris, Quezon City
Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries through non-voice channels such as chat, email, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns and requests
Resolve issues while maintaining a positive and professional tone
Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Meet productivity, quality, and response time targets
Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to ensure proper resolution
Qualifications:
At least a high school graduate (college level or graduates are an advantage)
Good written English communication skills
With or without BPO experience (training will be provided)
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask across systems
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Amenable to work onsite
