Qualifications:
Korean speaking Agents (Preferably Filipino Native)
Must be fluent in both English and Korean
Background in Healthcare Call Center support is an advantage
Open to College Graduates
Undergraduates or SHS/HS graduates (old curriculum) must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Amenable to working on shifting schedules
Willing to work in a Hybrid Set Up
Preferably based in Metro Manila
Must have an active Viber account
