Customer Service Representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services across a number of communication channels, take orders, process returns and processing payments. You are sometimes seen as having a role in sales. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with our applications.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward
customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Communicating with customers through various channels
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and
complaints
8. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
10. Generate Sales and Growth
11. Actively look for prospective members by offering and explaining product
12. Convert new registration to an active player
13. Managing database and member accounts
14. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
15. Communicating and coordinating as a team with colleagues to carry out work
smoothly as necessary
II - Job Qualification
1. Min school Diploma, or bachelor degree or equivalent
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of
characters
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
6. Excellent skills in typing and comfortable using computers
7. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service
Representative is an advantage
8. Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
9. Experience or background in Online Gaming Industry is an advantage
