Key Responsibilities
Professionally handle incoming customer calls and emails.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Work closely with team members to meet performance goals and service standards.
Follow established company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
