Qualifications:
BPO Experience is not required but an advantage
College Graduates are welcome to apply!
Undergraduates or SHS/HS (old curriculum): at least 6 months outbound collections/sales experience
Good to excellent communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Comfortable with an onsite setup
Preferably residing in or near Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, or nearby areas
Must have an active Viber account
Mechanics for Welcome Incentive:
New hires must be hired under Pioneer Healthcare Wave 1AB.
Must start on March 20, 2026.
Must have 100% attendance from NHO and PST Day 1 until PST Day 7.
Trainer to provide the final PST Day 7 attendance list, including the GCash numbers of qualified Champs.
