Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming customer calls and emails.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Work closely with team members to meet performance goals and service standards.
• Follow established company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.

Qualifications
