The Role:

As an Account Executive at Orkestra, you’ll be responsible for selling a variety of our products and services. You’ll need to fully understand what we offer to effectively communicate with customers and tailor solutions that meet their needs. Building strong relationships will be key to converting leads into long-term customers.

In this role, you’ll navigate multi-carrier environments to boost customer productivity and reputation. You’ll regularly give presentations, conduct product demos, and handle pricing and quotes. You’ll also be involved in cold calling, market research, and adapting your sales techniques as needed. Your ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams, along with your skill in selling to larger SMBs, will directly contribute to Orkestra’s growth. Regularly reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) will help you stay on track and achieve your sales goals.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and nurture potential customers through solution and value-based selling.
  • Generate new leads and strengthen existing relationships while keeping an organized sales pipeline.
  • Make cold calls or reach out to warm leads, using creative strategies to win new business.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to help customers switch providers or technologies.
  • Conduct demos of Orkestra’s Fiber and Cable tools and provide a basic UCaaS demo using RingCentral IGNITE.
  • Use Salesforce.com to follow standard processes throughout the sales cycle.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or account management.
  • Experience in telecommunications is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is needed.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals.
  • Good at analyzing opportunities and understanding situations.
  • Amenable to work on hybrid setup and US working hours.
