Job Description

As a Outbound Sales Representative, you will be a frontline member of one of the world’s best brands. Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Providing customer satisfaction and experience
  2. Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
  3. Participating in training to improve work performance
  4. Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential

  • 1 year of BPO experience with atleast 6 months sales experience
  • Exceptional Communication Skills—both written and oral, and
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site.
