As a Financial Client Care Representative:
You are a self-starter who provides answers to a variety of moderately complex financial advisors calls using well defined guidelines. You will perform multiple transactions to complete all aspects of customer inquiries within standard guidelines, and you will ensure that thorough records are maintained by documenting all actions taken to process telephone-initiated requests.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in calls from licensed Canadian financial advisors to assist them on their administrative concerns on investment products (such as mutual funds and segregated funds)
• Answer queries about procedures on registered plans, account opening, and trades
• Process certain transactions and complete trade cancellations
• Assist financial advisors on system navigation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience with a strong background in handling wealth management, mutual funds, annuities, or any other investment accounts
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to discover, analyze, and solve problems
• Ability to multitask proficiently in a fast paced, performance driven environment
• Ability to deliver superior customer service skills that consistently demonstrate professionalism
• Ability to adapt quickly and comfortably to change
• Ability to handle stress in a high pressure environment
• Having FINRA Series 6, 63 and/or 7 licenses would be a great advantage but not required
