What are we looking for?
Educational Background

• SHS graduate / 2nd-Year College completed/Bachelor’s Degree.

• No Experience Required

• Open for candidates with Call Center Experience (6 months and up)

• SHS graduate /2nd year college completed/Bachelor’s Degree.

• Customer Service Score should be of Good to Great Fit.

• Can converse and display commitment.

Standard Qualifications:

• Basic customer service skills.

• Absence of Telco background in the BPO is okay, but can comprehend issues.

• Knowledge in basic troubleshooting.

• Assisting customers with internet issues.

• Assisting customers in subscriptions to data plans.

• Keenness in giving instructions.

• Familiarity with call handling etiquettes.

• Articulation.
