Job Description

About the role: Interact with customers and immediately get the context of the concern and/or request Ability to switch effortlessly between channels (phone/video call, email, live chat, co-browsing, and social media) and be the single point of contact for all inquiries Research all the possible ways to provide solutions and quickly come up with a solution Cases that are highly technical or requires decision-making, the representative should be able to escalate to the appropriate teams and ensure the resolution of the case Performed administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling any changes in the policy Ensures all compliance requirements are satisfied Meet and maintain daily and monthly service level standards Position requirements: Skills Required Effective communication skills that create an emotional connection with the customer Strong customer service abilities Ability to provide a proactive support High analytical skills High attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2+ years experience in the Insurance/ Financial/ Fintech industry and customer support experience Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices Knowledge of the insurance investment business as an asset Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
