Job Pitch

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team for a blended account that encompasses both calls and back-office tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the mortgage sector, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients with mortgage-related queries, including account information, processing, etc.
  • Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, document verification, and account updates.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of Customer Service/BPO experience
  • Financial experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Available for graveyard shifts
