What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries through chat and email
• Assist with account, order, and platform-related concerns
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation of every interaction
• Provide voice support only when needed

Who Can Apply?

• College Graduate or Graduate of any 2-year course
• With at least 3 months of BPO experience or customer-facing experience in roles such as Cashier, Sales Associate, Front Desk, Receptionist, Service Crew, Teacher, Clerk, Brand Ambassador, Bank Teller, Hospitality Staff, or similar positions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig City

• Up to ₱35,000 salary package based on your previous salary and experience
