Customer Service Representative – Dental Account

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist members in understanding dental plans, coverage, and billing concerns

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with your support team to ensure excellent service delivery

What We’re Looking For
