What You’ll Do

Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Assist members in understanding dental plans, coverage, and billing concerns

Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with your support team to ensure excellent service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Open to Fresh Graduates – No experience? No problem!
High School Graduates are welcome
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
Willing to work onsite in Makati
