Job Pitch

Job description

  • Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes, screen applications, and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and candidate quality.

Job Description

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (1 year) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
