About the Role

ZIRO INC is seeking a motivated and professional Korean Speaker Office Staff to join our team in Pasig. As part of our mechanical/designs industry, you will be responsible for assisting in various office tasks, communicating with Korean / clients, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations. We prioritize quality in everything we do and value teamwork to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with Korean clients and assist with inquiries
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
Translate documents from Korean to English and vice versa
Coordinate meetings and maintain office supplies
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Collaborate with the team on special projects and events

Qualifications

Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (written and spoken)
Previous office experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Experience in customer service is advantageous
