Minimum Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2 years in college
• Nothing less than 1 year in a company
• At least 1 year tenure per company/in a company (
• Most recent should be Contact Centre
• Minimum call center experience is of 1 year in 1 company (inbound)
• Any Insurance, Healthcare, Financial any other related/complex account
• Preferably with: AHT, CSAT, QA and attendance experience (or other related KPI measures)
• Prescribed bandwidth is at least 25mbps with unlimited data (or candidates who did not meet the requirement can work onsite while processing the internet upgrade)
