Job Description

Qualifications • Must be 18 years old and above • Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject) with or without experience • Or High school graduates with at least 6 months call center experience (ops tenure) • Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented Skills Required • Excellent oral and written communication • Must exhibit active listening • Must have keen attention to details • Must have good conversational skills • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to arrive at decisions independently and demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously • Ability to probe effectively • Ability to sell using consultative sales approach or suggestive pitches on customer purchases
