What is your mission? - As a Customer Care Champion, you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns. Who are we looking for? - Completed at least 2 years in college. - With at least one (1) year blended customer service experience (voice and non-voice) in the BPO industry. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Positive, self-motivated and energetic. - Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts). - Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City.
