Job Summary: The Business Development Specialist (Account Management) will work closely with Online Sellers in ensuring that seller accounts are well-managed and up-to-date with market trends. The incumbent will be responsible in performing the necessary research (via Social Media Platforms and other Online Sources) in order to provide useful information that would allow our sellers to maximize their potential earnings.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities: • Review Seller Accounts, Perform Market Research, and; Provide Useful Intel on Trends and Tips for Improvement • Partner with Online Sellers to Maximize Potential of their Accounts/Postings and; Help Increase Over-All Revenue • Based on Experience: Collaborate with Clients/Business Leaders – and Offer New Ideas to Improve the Business • Develop Strong Relationships with Customers [Seller/s]; Serve as A Knowledge-Source for a ‘Positive Seller Exp’
