Job Description

Qualifications: Must be 18 years old and above Sales experience preferred; must be amenable to do sales College graduate/completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject) At least 12 months US Telco BPO experience required Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented Skills Required: Excellent written communication Must have keen attention to details Must have good conversational skills Must have good negotiation skills Must have good problem solving and analytical skills Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously Ability to probe effectively Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner *Preferably for applicants residing in: -Makati, Taguig, Pasay, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Pateros, Muntinlupa, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Manila
