Roles and Responsibilities
? As a Travel Counselor, you will answer call and inquiries of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedure
? Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.
? Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience
? Completed 2 years in College (no back subjects)
? Must have 2-year International- Voice BPO exp - specifically Apollo/Sabre GDS
? Good English communications skills
? Strong customer orientation skills
