Who are we looking for?
• We need candidates who are professional and with courteous telephone skills when talking to customers and internal colleagues
• Customers will rely on you to answer questions, address their concerns, and help them with a particular product or service. You will need to interact with customers, clients, insurance carriers and internal sources providing information about coverage verbally and in written form.
• You simply need to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, chat and email and be able to provide excellent customer service.

What are we looking for?
- Candidates who are between 21 to 59 y/o (per MECQ guidelines)
- Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 + years customer service experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Incomplete 2nd year can be accepted provided with 2 years’ experience in insurance or financial services account
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Good command of the English language
- With at least 1 year Customer Service Related Experience
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules
