Responsible for developing, deploying and sustaining community engagement strategies with potential community members within our target markets.
Will be part of Marketing but will collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success team to ensure the company's community engagement objectives are met.
Execute community engagement and outreach strategy to draw new community members
Initiate contact with potential community members through email and social media
Be an active advocate of the community on Social Media
Create relationships with potential community members and qualify their interests
Feed potential community members with the right content once you have identified their needs
Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent oral and written skills in English and German
Good copywriting skills
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer focus
Ability to work independently on most aspects of the job
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
