Are you someone with:
1. At least 1 year of BPO experience
2. With 1 year Customer Service Experience
3. Confident in English writing and oral communication skills
4. At least completed 2 years in college with no back subjects
5. Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedule
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be a frontline member of one of the world’s best brands. Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing customer satisfaction and experience
- Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Participating in training to improve work performance
- Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential
