Looking for your next career move? If you have at least 1 year of BPO Collections experience, this is your chance to join a growing team and earn up to ₱37K monthly!*

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound collection calls professionally.
Assist customers in resolving outstanding balances and payment concerns.
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining excellent customer service.
Update customer records accurately in the system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations.
Meet individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of BPO Collections experience is required.
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig.
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
