About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone.

  • Resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy

  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently

  • Follow company guidelines to ensure quality service delivery

  • Work closely with teammates to meet targets and goals


Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old

  • High school graduate, college undergraduate, or graduate

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required (newbies are welcome!)
