Provide excellent customer support via phone.
Resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
Follow company guidelines to ensure quality service delivery
Work closely with teammates to meet targets and goals
At least 18 years old
High school graduate, college undergraduate, or graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required (newbies are welcome!)
