Job Description

We are hiring Voice Account Associates to join our dynamic team at Alorica Centris. In this role, you will provide customer support through inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns. This onsite position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Document call details and maintain proper case records in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.
  • Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality.

✅ Qualifications

  • At least a high school graduate (college level or graduate preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Alorica Centris, Quezon City.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
