Job Description

Salary: Up to ₱22,500 monthly
Location: Alorica Centris, Quezon City
Schedule: Day / Night / Rotating shifts
Type: Full-time BPO agent

What you’ll do

Handle customer inquiries via chat and email.
Log interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems.
Meet KPIs for quality, response time, and productivity.
Escalate and follow up on complex issues.
Join training and team meetings to improve skills.

Who they want

Education: High school diploma required; college preferred.
Skills: Strong written English, fast and accurate typing, basic computer skills.
Traits: Customer-service mindset, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
Experience: BPO/non-voice experience is a plus but not required.
