Job Description

Patient Care Coordinators are customer-oriented service professionals who are responsible for following up with patients.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emailing online inquiries, confirming appointments as well as making outgoing calls for patient retention purposes
Generate patient letters / reports
Obtain and attach patient clinical documents to a patient’s chart
Send patient requested medical reports via email

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, Associate Graduate and/or College Level
We accept fresh graduates or candidates with experience in any International voice account
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent Listening Skills
Passionate about customer service and patient satisfaction
Ability to handle calls
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work on-site in Taguig City
