What are we looking for?
· Open to SHS/K-12 Graduate or completed 2nd year college
· Minimum of 6 months experience in credit card or banking services, regardless of the industry (BPO or non-BPO).
· Role should involve customer service (inbound or outbound voice support) with a variety of account processing tasks either.
· Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation.
· Willing to work in Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City
· TIP: Have your SSS and PAG-IBIG numbers ready for faster application processing!
