Job Description

Supervises Admin Specialists on their performance, development and training. Performs review and analysis on key performance indicators and data collated from site ameneties utilization, audit findings and provides solutions to address findings from the review and analysis done.  Coordination with site management during site meetings to helpr resolve issues and escalations on Admin-managed areas and  services.

Monitor and ensure that all Admin and Facilities Department related service tickets filed through the TPLink tool are closed within SLA and escalations are avoided. 
Assign service tickets to owners within the Admin Team and monitor ticket handling to closure. 
Conduct regular audits within company amenities pantry, sleeping quarters, gym, employee lounge, parking, etc, to monitor quality of products and services, and to ensure policies and processes are being implemented.
Ensure that employees are getting the best customer service experience at all times related to their visit at the pantry, sleeping quarters, gym and employee lounge. 
Facilitate meal provider search process from vendor selection through bidding to food tasting and commissary visit, in coordination with Procurement. 
Supervise proper implementation of 
Teleperformance branding strategies onsite based on branding guidelines and during Client and / or Sales Visits. 
Liaise with vendor POCs to ensure quality products and services onsite
Liaise with building administration when necessary for admin related matters.
Facilitate Admin related vendor meetings on a regular basis to discuss and review performance. 
Monitor Admin related vendor contracts.

People Management
Train and supervise Admin Specialists to ensure smooth daily operations of the sites. 
Evaluate work of subordinates and conduct timely performance appraisals. 
Stakeholder Management
Manage requests, concerns and feedback from customers raised in FGDs, emails, TPLink and other channels. 
Process Improvement
Conceptualize ideas for improving Admin related policies and processes. 
Inventory of equipment, tools and appliances purchased for Admin related functions and tasks. 
Monitor and track purchase requests raised by and through Admin. 
Oversee the receipt, verification and processing of all vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Create reports based on TPLink service tickets received, regular site audits on amenities, office allocation and branding initiatives. 
Maintain and track inventory of site amenities, office allocation, branding collaterals.
Provide resources in support of other Facilities, Back Office and Logistics tasks. 
Perform other duties as assigned by management
