What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Provide customer service to passengers desiring to travel, by determining and recommending the service that meets customers' needs.
Offer options of flights, classes of service, products, and services to customers.
Answer and assist customers' inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellation, flight irregularities, and other general information.
Assist customers' requests and inquiries on frequent flyers' program and Star Alliance-related needs.
Who are we looking for?
College level
Must have at least 1 year of BPO work experience
With at least 6 months experience handling an airline account
Preferably with chat and/or email experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work in rotating shifts
Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
