What is your mission?

  • You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide customer service to passengers desiring to travel, by determining and recommending the service that meets customers' needs.

  • Offer options of flights, classes of service, products, and services to customers.

  • Answer and assist customers' inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellation, flight irregularities, and other general information.

  • Assist customers' requests and inquiries on frequent flyers' program and Star Alliance-related needs.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • College level

  • Must have at least 1 year of BPO work experience

  • With at least 6 months experience handling an airline account

  • Preferably with chat and/or email experience

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts

  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
