About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Alorica Philippines as a Telco Customer Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their telecommunications inquiries and issues, both over the phone (voice) or through written communication (non-voice). You will work in a collaborative team environment, utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide assistance and solutions to customers regarding billing, technical issues, and service activations
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and professionally
  • Meet and exceed established performance goals and metrics
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
