Job Description

What you'll be doing


Respond to technical inquiries and support requests from e-commerce customers regarding logistics and fulfillment
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and identify process improvements
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to enhance service delivery
What we're looking for
Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) | High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
BPO Experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
