We are looking for experienced Customer Technical Support Representatives to join our Voice Account team at Alorica Mezza. In this role, you will provide front-line technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service over the phone. You will act as the first point of contact for clients requiring support and ensure that every interaction results in a positive experience.
Handle inbound calls from customers with technical issues or product-related concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to customers in a professional manner.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
At least 6 months of BPO experience in a technical support account (Voice).
High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate or higher.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working in a full onsite setup at Alorica Mezza (SMDC Mezza Residence, Aurora Blvd, Quezon City).
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
