Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Mandaluyong
Schedule: Night Shift

The Technical Deployment Engineer will deliver support services to newly onboarded customers, focusing on network installation and other assigned tasks to meet project goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Installers and Project Managers on the network implementation of new installations or deployments.
Address concerns of newly onboarded properties during installation.
Perform Post Install Checks (PIC) and follow up with installers on any missing or failed items.
Monitor and ensure the completion of PICs. Identify any training or installation processes that need to be covered or changes that need to be made.
Ensure all tools are available and accessible for property staff.
Work with Field Technicians to troubleshoot installation-related issues.
Coordinate and schedule training with property staff for Site Dashboard and Conference Tool (if applicable) and provide Splash Page orientation.
Ensure all devices are set up and monitored in the NMS.

Qualification and Requirements:

Key qualifications:

2 years of hands-on experience with Networking
Should have experience in switching
Proficiency in configuring Layer 2 devices (e.g., VLANs, WLANs)
Layer 2 support experience
Ability to subnet in Layer 3

Additional Skills:

Experience with satellite television (preferred but not required)
CCNA certification

Certifications:

Meraki ECMS Certification (mandatory to have once hired)

Customer Service Experience:

Experience in BPO with inbound and outbound calls

Others:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience in a NOC or technical support role, preferably in managed Wi-Fi or satellite television.
Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and satellite communication systems.
Network+ (Net+) certification is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

Proven experience in a NOC or technical support role, preferably in the managed wi-fi or satellite television space.
Layer 2 support experience
Cisco/Meraki expertise
CCNA certification
