Job Description

Join our team as a Tech Account Representative and provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to customers. You will handle customer inquiries, identify technical concerns, provide basic troubleshooting, and guide customers toward effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or other communication channels.
Provide technical assistance and basic troubleshooting for products, services, or devices.
Identify and understand customer concerns through effective probing and active listening.
Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns.
Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach in every interaction.
Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and technical support procedures.

Qualifications

At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer navigation and basic technical skills.
Comfortable learning and explaining technology to customers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer-focused with good listening and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
Previous BPO, customer service, or technical support experience is an advantage.
