As part of the TaskUs Greenhouse program, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to customers while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Provide excellent technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
At least 1 yr BPO experience
Willing to work on-site
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of basic IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques
High school diploma or equivalent
50,000 PHP Signing Bonus
